my name is rhys, i am a second semester medical student at southern california university of health science. i am looking for a house to live in relatively close to school.. the school is off 1st st. at imperial in whittier.. i am a non smoker, with no excess baggage and zero pets.. i cook breakfast of eggs and toast and leave for school and will return late in evening after school six days a week.. i will exercise and possibly shower at school regularly.. i ride a very quiet honda motorcycle which i would prefer a place for it to park off the street.. i am a dad of two daughters who live in san diego.. i basically need a place to sleep and study.. thank you for your time.. rhys
