i am a single very proff. male. non-smoker, no pets, no drugs & hardly ever drink. quiet, very clean & tidy, always pays rent on time. i will make you the best tenant, as i am a realtor & take very good care of people's home. i have excellent landlord & personal references. i prefer a furnished room with my own bath, but willing to share a bath (not the room) with one only other person, providing it is clean & sanitary. prefer to live with males only & up to 2 other persons. prefer no pets only as i am allergic to them & a no smoking environment. i need a kitchen to cook & have a place to keep groceries, & laundry, also a place to park my car. it would also be nice if i can be able to use the rest of the house,apt,condo facilities, yard,living room,etc. i am looking for a nice home. any area of san jose is fine! would prefer to see pics. of the room rental & a text or ph. no. in any replies please.
