hi, my name is daryl and i'll be moving to the bay area from phoenix, az in mid-august. i'll be serving as a member of americorps vista for the 2011-12 year and afterwards, i hope to attend medical school in the bay. i'm looking for a room in the $500-$650 range and i would prefer to have my own bathroom and a parking spot. the room doesn't have to be furnished as i'll be providing my own furnishings.

in terms of my personality, i'm very respectful of others and their stuff/space (and i hope that you would feel the same way!), clean (but not ocd about it), and studious (i'm finishing an online m.s. in pharmacology). i love to cook, hike, bike ride, listen to music, etc... i don't smoke, don't do any drugs, am not a drinker (i'll have a mixed drink maybe once every couple of months), not a partier, and am generally quiet. also, i won't be bringing any pets as my cat will be staying here in arizona.
