split rent in a 2 bedroom,2 bath/shower small house that is made into an apt.some storage downstairs.2 yards with a side yard with porch & downstairs small patio.pretty cool little spot.laundry room. i am at home 90% of the time & hang out in my room.good landlord that gets things done but hardly ever seen.rent is $375.00 each w/ about $40.00 each in the summer for pg&e.comcast is about $73.00 each.dog allowed upon approval.i am 59yrs old content & happy (male) & have been in the shared housing off & on for years.i am hoping to stay in this house for another 25 months awaiting my hud apt opening to come up in the waiting list.but would like to find someone that would stay on after me as i like the landlord & would want to help her & whoever might stay on(but not a requirement).
