i am a 37 y/o (but young at heart) guy; work full time at a big corporation in novato in it management. i bike to work, so i need to be within 15-20 min from redwood blvd and san marin dr (in/around downtown/old-town/north east novato-"san marin" area). at this point of my life i don't smoke, don't do any drugs and don't even drink. but i'm not a health freak type that you probably think of now, not at all. i do appreciate that this is my choice (or need...) and have no problem whatsoever with others' choices. but in light of this, i would be looking for a house with no indoor smoking, no regular drug use or excessive drinking or regular late-night partying, especially on "school nights".
