hello, my name is devin.

i am a male student at santa monica college who works at a local grocery store and needs a room before the 14th of february. this means i need to be moved in by that date, i am a clean, tidy person who is respectful to other peoples beliefs, cultures, and activities but i do request that any rooms offered are in homes or apartments that avoid smoking inside the home and no drug use. most of the time i will be either at school or at my workplace so the room will be primarily for sleeping, living, and school work, not for lounging around all day. i do not watch television so you never have to fight over the remote, i use my computer(with headphones for politeness) for my entertainment. i am willing to meet and take tours of apartments.

the perfect areas for me would be somewhere close to santa monica college or close to a big blue bus stop so i can use that as transportation. i have no vehicle currently so parking is not a problem, my main transportation is the public transit system and my bike. i am a hard worker and keep clean and healthy habits. i do not party or stay out till late hours of the night or into the early morning so i will not disturb any sleep habits.
