i'm a 46 year old woman who is very down to earth, considerate, trustworthy, kind, neat and not looking for or interested in any drama. i do not drink or do drugs and rarely have people over. i am a light smoker but only smoke outside. i'm looking for a room to rent for myself and my sweet and super friendly dog, sammie. he's an 8 year old havanese and weighs 14 lbs. i'd like to live in the horsham or surrounding area (willow grove, abington, warminster, hatboro, warrington, jenkintown, etc.). i have bedroom furniture in storage but would be ok with a room already furnished. feel free to contact me with any questions. :)
