hello, my name is jason me and my wife are looking for a room to rent. i'm currently in the military and going to be honorably discharged soon and we need a room to rent untill i start receiving my va benifits. we have a german shepherd and he is very well trained and also crate trained so he will be crated evertime we leave the house, even whe we sleep. we are very respectful, not loud, and very resposible. we do not smoke nor drink and we are not the party type. we do not plan on havin people coming over so that should be no worries. i'm 25 and my wife is 23 we been married for 3 1/2 yrs now and we are very easy to get along with. thank you for your interest have a good one.

fyi, we are not high maintencance so we do not need a huge room, we currently have a 11' x12' and thats just fine. we would choose to live with male or female!
