i am a 26 year old soon to be divorcee looking for some a low cost living solution while i try to get my life back together. i do have a 3 year old son, who would be in my care for 3 or 4 days and 2 or 3 nights a week. i also have a medium sized, young but well-behaved dog. i have two different sources of income-- one being a formal employment, and one being a craft-based business of my own, both have me working from home, so i would require some space to work out of.
