my name is chris and i'm a systems engineer. i'm normally out of the country for a few months (total) a year. my girlfriend owns a home in malden and i usually spend most of my free time and weekends here in the country at her place. i'm a gourmet cook and i keep very clean house. i'm super chill and friendly and i'm lgbt friendly as well. i'm generally pretty private with my home life, so i don't have many friends over. i currently live in boston and only one of my 3 roommates is on the lease. he has raised the rent 3 times in the last year and i am looking to escape the tyranny that is this rental situation. i can pay first last and even a month in advance.
