10 min to csulb, nice neighborhood, 2 min walk to bus stop
4 bedroom 3.5 bath washer/dryer- currently occupied by all female csulb students. we all have jobs, internships and go to school.
we're looking for someone who is laid back, fun and okay with having company over.
the room that is available has its own private patio and shared bathroom.
