the apartment is a three bedroom with a large hardwood floor living room, and carpeted bedrooms. it is a new building, built in 2009 with a gated garage and keyed entry. i am on the third floor however, there is an elevator, as for parking, there is room for two more vehicles. i have a service dog so other dogs would be allowed, and possibly a cat however; birds or smaller mammals would not work. the lease has 5 months left on it then the unit goes on a month to month, we would be splitting the utilities, i currently have high speed cable internet and television.

i am a freelance audio engineer, with a masters degree in entertainment business; i love live local music and art. i grew up in hawaii and have been living in the area six months.
