hello i have a large bedroom with balcony access available. i am looking for someone who is ok with living with a pet, picks up after themselves and doesn't mind sharing a bathroom. i do admit my apartment is furnished so i'm only interested in someone who has bedroom furnishings.this location is amazing! there is a track across the street, trader joes, cleaners, liquor store, great parking and close to a huge park. the apartment is located 3 miles from manhatten beach and has access close to public transportation. if you are interested in more information, please let me know and i can send pictures upon request.
