$600 for single.
$800 for couples.
we are looking for someone who is clean, neat and responsible. no guest over night if you are single. non smoker.

we are a family so there is cooking. mostly asian food, you are welcome to cook as long as it is cleaned after. all utilities are available. washer & dryer.
access to your own bathroom.
we have a double bed ready if you dont have a bed.
