monthly $ 610 - west hollywoodwest hollywood 1bed room renthello everyone!1 bed room for rent. 2nd floor of the apartment. it's located near pico and roberson (5mins from beverly hills and close to freeway 10)
location is really good. quiet and safe neighbor around here, good for the public transportiation too.
monthly pay amount is $ 610, utility separate (not that much around 20-30 dollars per month)
security deposit is 600.
there are laundry machines in the building and parking spaces behind. parking space could be shared with other room mate(negotiable) but plenty of spaces for the street parking.
queen size bed and small table are available, also have closet too.
the room is quite big and have 2 big windows.
you can use a kitchin shared with other roommates (shelves, refrige, sink, micro wave, and stove.. etcs)
you need to share the big bathroom with the other girl.
there are no difficulties with living in here.
the roommates are all quiet and from japan. (it would be better if you're familiar with asian people.)
