i am currently looking for a roommate to take over my room asap. the room is the master bedroom (w/private bathroom) in a 3 bedroom/2 bath. apartment. it is located at 10th and redondo, 10 minutes from csulb, downtown, the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. a great place to live i can honestly say as i’ve lived in this area for the past 7 years.the other two roommates are a 24 yr old (male) grad student / part time nanny and a 27 yr old (male) youth programs coordinator.
rent is $587/mo + utilities approx $40/mo. including cable, wireless internet, gas, and electric. apartment includes new stove, fridge, dishwasher, heating, balcony and parking.
