if you're looking for a place to rent i have a private room in a beautiful house. the rent is split evenly between 4 people (500 each) and utility's are split the same way ranging from 100 to 150 a month. there is an initial deposit of 300 dollars but i would be willing to help cover it with the tenant that will take my place to help the transaction go over more quickly and smoothly. the house is a 2,000 sqft 5 bedroom 3 bath. this place has a huge kitchen and living room, and an awesome large back yard with a hot tub and a built in propane grill. this house is ideal for any get-together or bbq. parking is great we easily park 5 cars and 2 motorcycles and could still add one more with no problem if needed. with the utilities hd cable and high-speed internet are included.all three other renters are military males, so getting rent is never a hassle. the land lord is located in the same col-de-sac so problems are dealt with quickly and hassle free. it takes less than five minutes to get to safeway, raley's, or the new super walmart that's being built or hwy 80, and traffic is never an issue near the house. move-in date will be dec 1st. let me know if you're interested. you can contact me via call or text at 404-819-1173.
