we are a couple in our late 20's and we have 4 bedrooms to rent in our home in el cajon. our home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with over 2000 sq. ft. to share. it's a large corner lot in quiet neighborhood. we have ac, new windows, an open floor plan and beautiful mountain views. if you have a car, there is plenty of street parking, so you can easily find a spot right in front. if not, the el cajon transit center is only 3.5 miles away, and the nearest bus stop is about a 7 minute walk. washer and dryer are on the premises, so no need for any trips to the laundry mat. your new home is located close to the 8, 67 and 52 freeways. there are several restaurants nearby, with a 711 and an in-n-out only being a mile away. the rooms are unfurnished, but could provide a twin bed for one of the rooms if needed. of course, you'll have access to the common areas of the home (living room, kitchen, and back yard).

there are 2 standard rooms for rent on the first floor, which share a full bathroom for only $680 per month.

the other 2 rooms are extra large which share a full bathroom with a private entrance to the rooms upstairs through your very own deck for only $760 per month. there is still access to the rest of the house via interior spiral staircase.

utilities are included in the rent: water, sewage, wifi, gas,trash and electricity.

there will be an application process, and a background check (for our safety, and yours). you will need to make 2x's the rent and must provide proof of income. the deposit is first and last months rent. there is no application fee. we are looking for serious, long term roommates who are considerate and clean. no pets, no illegal drugs, and no smoking or vaping on premises. if this sounds like it will suit you, contact me. thanks!
