so i'm moving and that means a huge room has become available for you!
the house is in a cul-de-sac that has a very mellow feel.

around the area:
- cvs
- dollar tree
- sam ash (music store)
- tons of food joints (taco bell, jack, wendy's...and more)
- costco
- home depot
- grocery stores (5-10 min drive/ 20+ min walking)
- pierce college
- west valley school
- just to name a few...=)

freeways around the area: 101, 118 & 405

okay so the deal in the house is there are 3 rooms here and 3 other roommates. there is one person in each room and the 3rd sleeps on a couch in the living room. you would be getting your own room with a pretty giganto closet. everything else in the house is shared, kitchen, living room, backyard and bathroom (just between you and 2 others - master bed has own bath). everyone does their own thing but we do get together some evenings for tv/movie nights. this is definitely a nice treat since one of the guys has movies coming in frequently from his blockbuster queue. there is a washer/ dryer in the house and a grill and fire pit in the backyard.

the room can come possibly furnished for a little more as i will probably be selling most of my furniture.
items that would be available would be a dresser ($50), 4x4 cubed ikea book shelf ($70), twin bed ($50), and an upright piano ($80). it's just an option, don't feel like you need to take all or any if you don't need it. =)

as stated the room would be $725/ month for one person. (price may change a little if two people are interested)
there is a deposit that would be $500 (or more depending on 1 or 2 people).
utilities are paid every other month and varies between 50-60/ mth.
