about your roommates: we are two 28 year old men who work two job's and have been friends for fifteen years. we like to have the occasional friend over but are over the party phase and are generally quiet. we're looking to rent a room out. access to the house is available, but the house is already furnished with our things.what we are looking for: someone outspoken but not rude. respectful, i.e. the refrigerator is of course open to you but not to pack entirely with only your stuff. someone who likes to have fun but isn't a party animal. a professional but not someone that is uptight. cleanliness has been an issue in the past and we definitely want someone to help us keep the house clean. also, somebody who pay's their bill's on time and doesn't need to be reminded. if this sounds like you, hit us up.
