bottom line is rent, means of income (job), and common courtesy plus decency. you would need at least a drivers license to show the basic identity of who you are and some responsibility. i am reasonably clean and put things back where they belong but not obsessive, ub2. i do my dishes as i go and never leave them overnight. you will have your own room but it is a unisex bathroom, equally divided, and kept clean. the communal area is kept clear because it's shared. observe the golden rule and we have the basics. forgiveness and tolerance within reason is a good rule of thumb and i try to extend that all the same. any intentional criminal or downright malicious stuff could be grounds for eviction which i do not expect because you have read this and i will ask more questions to screen. to move in, you will need first and last months rent and no deposit. it is month to month so if it doesn't work out, just give a month's notice. no hard feelings. thank you. charles.
