we have a room for rent, in a 4 bedroom /2 bath house in the east end of ventura off of kimball. available on may 1st, $650 a month, with first and last months rent, month-to-month lease, looking for someone chill in there 20's-30's, with a job or in school, no couples...there are 3 awesome current roommates in there 20's-30's, we all work full time...we all share the kitchen, living room and dining room, everyone cleans up after themselves. you would be sharing a jack and jill bathroom with one roommate. the room is about 11x11 with big closet. we already have two dogs, so must be pet friendly, but we dont want any more pets, so please dont ask...laundry room, direct tv hook ups in room, wireless internet through out house...all utilities are included...the house is located in a nice neighborhood, lots of parking on street, close to community park and albertson's...
