my friend and i are looking for a third roommate. the apartment complex is amazing. two pools, a jucuzzi, fitness room and 2 miles from ventura college and about 7 minutes from the beach. the apartment itself has all kitten appliances including a washer and dryer and it is the second story so we have a nice balcony. it is two bed room 2 bath. the bed rooms are huge, we would be sharing a room and you would have your own bedroom and bathroom. as for us, we are both going to ventura college and working part time. we love to have a good time, we like having people over, love going to the beach, cooking, baking, ridding bikes, and partying. we are low key, no drama just like to have fun and be active, we arent neat freaks but we do like having a nice apartment and like it kept clean. we would like to become good friends with whoever is sharing the apartment with us. male or female doesn't matter!
