we are a younger couple. we have a room above the garage for rent.there is a private entrance to the garage thru the side gate. we are
smoker friendly. of course if you wanted to sit on the porch or go to the yard to smoke thats fine too. we also have two small dogs that are friendly once they get to know you. we welcome any other small pets.
our home is close to pleanty of bus stops. serviced by vallejo
transit. you could also walk to the vallejo ferry terminal that takes
you to san francisco. also, at the ferry terminal there are buses that
will take you to the el cerrito bart station if you prefer that. there
is also a safeway with a gas station very close to the house.
the rent includes:
electric, water, gas, comcast cable, and wifi internet.
use of the washer and dryer.
just need your own detergent.
use of kitchen to cook meals. expected to clean the dishes you use.
buy your own food.
there is only one bathroom so we all share it. if you have to use the
bathroom at a certain time let us know so were not all fighting over
the bathroom.
this is a month to month deal. upon move in we require your first+last
months rent and $300 security deposit that you will get back upon
leaving. total of $1,500. also, your latest paystub so we know you
are working.
