hi! i'm 35 and have a 144 sq ft room to rent. i thought this would allow me to savero travel more. the house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. it's a nice place to come home to. you would have your own bathroom. i use the 3rd room as an office including a color laster wifi pronter you are welcome to use. i promise not to be your mother, drama queen, or therapist and hope you are the same. the room is furnished (including small flat screen tv). but feel free to bring your own furniture if you want. there is a little room to store a few boxes if needed. i have a well behaved/trained boxer dog (major). he has his own doggy door and isn't any trouble. the utilities/amenities are $350 and includes water, wifi, trash, electricity, washer/dryer, dish washer, and a housekeeper every orher week. the house is 1550 sq ft with driveway parking. the location is w/in 10 min of the mall/dining/etc. please email for addl info. thanks!!
