amenities: private 10x12 bedroom with large closet, shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, rec room, brand new washer and dryer, fenced yard, parking space for two cars, dogs welcome (for extra fee, must get along with my dogs)
required: must love large dogs (i own two), references, background check, $250 security deposit, month to month agreement, proof of employment/income
