my name is matt. my boyfriend angel lives with me as does my best friend of 10 years melissa. trying to find a roommate who isn't a stranger to the household. we like to socialize with each other, hopefully you do too. :) we are a 420 friendly household so you have to be okay with that. we have 2 dogs and 4 cats so someone with allergies won't work. rent is due on the 1st of the month and there is a $250 security deposit. have had problems with roommates in the past "not having" the money and me getting rent at the end of the month. unfortunately, if you can't pay the rent, you can't live with us. there are a few household policies which can be discussed in person.
