Room has roof access through window & a stand up attic accessed through closet. Wifi. Maid & laundry service included if desired.
Washer/Dryer in garage. Use of Kitchen (downstairs by my bedroom so no late night cooking lol). Private Fenced in Backyard & Patio (must smoke outside). Community Pool. Parking in the Cul de sac. Flamingo Park is in The Residences of Sawgrass Mills.
Across the Street from Sawgrass Mills Mall. Publix, Walmart & lots of close shopping & restaurants.
Must like cats (we have a few).
