i have an amazing home in the center of springfield that is very convenient and one block to the 101trolley. i am a 39yo male who is looking for a male/female roommate for my middle room. the room is approximately 12'x14' it has two windows and two closets, one closet is quite big. it also has a brand new ceiling fan and the hardwood floors were just redone. the house has two bathrooms that will be shared. laundry, kitchen, and two separate tv rooms are shared as well. the back yard is an oasis in the nice weather with an in ground pool and many other amenities. i'm looking for someone who is professional, clean, responsible, and easy to get along with. i have two large dogs that are with me every other week so please be an animal lover. unfortunately i cant accept any new pets to the house. credit and back round checks will be done on all applicants, credit score of 600+ and a solid job are required. this is a non smoking house and premise. i keep the house extremely neat and organized, i am looking for a roommate who likes to live the same way. the rent is $650 a month and includes all utilities. please respond with as much detail about yourself if interested and i will get back to you quickly.
