utilities included - single professional looking for a roommate in a 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath town home in nice quiet neighborhood. my house has 3 floors. the 1st floor has a bedroom (i’m pretty much using this for storage) and the garage. the 2nd floor is the main floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony and the 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms. the 1st and 2nd floor have hardwood floors and the 3rd floor is carpeted. the room available is on the 3rd floor and is furnished but if you have your own furniture i could store my furniture in the downstairs bedroom. the room is facing the street and has 3 windows and his and her closets. i do have a cat who is 19 years old and very friendly. more pictures are available on request.
