two young professionals in their mid-20’s looking for a third roommate to share a furnished 3 bd, 2.5 bath 1600 sq ft apartment in west la. one (m/24) works for a growing e-commerce startup, the other (m/23) works as a consultant in century city. move in date would be june 1st.

the condo is about a mile from the 405/10 freeways, the beach, and very close to ucla-several students also live in the building. it is also within walking distance of a grocery store as well as several restaurants and bars. the building is practically new with a courtyard, garage parking, workout room, lounge, etc. the entire place has hardwood floors, a large kitchen, washer/dryer in unit. we also have a bbq on the patio.

we like to have fun and spend our free time partying, having barbecues, watching movies or sports, going to the beach, and just generally being active and hanging out together. we want somebody who is smart, cool and laid-back and who we can be friends with. we are also responsible, so we want someone who is clean, will help out around the house, and will always pay rent on time. if you want a nice, quiet and fun living environment with other young people, shoot us an e-mail about yourself (including when you want to move in, etc).
