have a great apartment i moved into in hillcrest, the center of the gay neighborhood in san diego. i'm a mellow, easy-going, professional gay man, so would like another gay man, or very gay-friendly roommate. the place is 2 fairly small bedrooms, and 1 shared bath. a nice living room and kitchen. new carpet, new tiles, new windows, remodeled bath, new paint. its in great shape with great landlords that live on site. even have a nice garden oasis full of fruit trees and a gas bbq grill we can use. it's a month to month lease, with 1 months deposit. place is available soon. i'm a no drama guy who's not into drinking, smoking, drugs or partying. i like a calm, peaceful home environment. i expect my roommate to be similar and share in the cleaning each week.
