hello,i am one of three tenants currently living in a four bedroom house in san ramon. we are full time career-oriented people in our mid to late 20's. as of right now we wish to have one more tenant to split rent/utilities with. we're looking for someone we can get along with and not just someone that needs a room. in our last process of finding a roommate we met with candidates multiple times just to get any awkwardness out of the way.
the room is approximately 10x10 with a closet.
there is one full bath that is shared between myself and one other.
there is a family room as well as a living room, kitchen and a backyard.
we have a washer and dryer
we have ethernet and wireless network connectivity
we currently subscribe to direct tv
we have a weekly chore schedule that we rotate for simple upkeep of the house (shared area's only)
the deposit is $750
rent is $575/mo.
utilities vary but average $100-125/mo
