hi!my name is kevin. â currently i have another roommate, sean, and we are seeking one roommate to share rent and 1/3 utilities. â sean works in shipping/receiving for an electronics company, i am a pharmaceutical sales professional and skydiving photographer on weekends.

house is old, but very nice! â big front yard and backyard located just south of willow glen - hillsdale and cherry area. â rent is $570 + 1/3 of utilities (which will average about $100 for you). â we have lived here for a long time and have great relationships with all the neighbors. â i am 39 and sean is 30.
