hello, my roommate is moving out at the end of the month, and i'm hoping to find someone to move in as soon as possible. i am a full-time academy of art student, my major is stop-motion animation. it is a one-bedroom apartment, plenty spacious enough for whatever your needs are. i would prefer to live with another student but as long as you can make the rent every month it is not necessary. we have free basic cable and utilities are rather cheap, usually only about five dollars a month. i'm also having wifi installed in the next week or two. i would require first month's rent and half of the original security deposit ($875) to move in. please take a look at the photos and if you are interested or want to see more pictures, please feel free to email or call. thank you, hope to hear from you soon!
