im looking for a roommate to rent one room in the condo my parents just bought. its 1552 square feet. fully applianced kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 and half bath. the 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a jack and jill style bathroom. two car garage with additional parking. the community is gated though the area is very safe, and the community has a pool! the condo is less than 10 minutes away from csusm.

i am looking for a roommate that also goes to school and is around my age. someone that is clean, respectful and responsible. no smokers please. i have dogs though they don't live with me regularly so you'd have to be able to live with a dog or two being around sometimes.
