room availabe is 10x11ft (it is a good size) hardwood floor and new paint. bathrrom is shared with 1 other person. washer and dryer is available for use and kitchen as well. water is included in rent, other utilites (cable, internet, electric, gas) will be spilt and will probably run around $50-60 a month. no deposit required. we just ask for last month utilites cost up front.
we are looking for someone who is honest, laid back and easy going. no drama please, leave it at the door.
