☗ if you are looking for a place with all the comforts of home, you'll love this room for rent in 4br house in a nice neighborhood.mira mesa/miramar area of san diego. 15-20 minutes from everything (beaches, malls, sdsu, usd, ucsd, mcas miramar, utc, qualcomm, hiking, downtown & freeways 5, 805, 15, 52 & 56).
our 1st room for rent went quick and the new roomie is moving in soon. we have (1) more room left for a cool person to move in asap!
room is 11’ x 10’ not including closet. big window w/ yard view & ceiling fan. small desk w/ computer & internet wifi (if you have your own computer, use instead). closet for clothes and small storage shelves. full shared bathroom right across hall.
common areas: new kitchen appliances, dishes/cookware. open family room, big tv, wood floors, game systems, surround sound, seating area. big backyard for entertaining & bbqs.
about us: fun couple in mid 20's. working professionals. melissa graduated from san diego state & met corrie while he was in the military. 1 cat keeps to herself, 2 friendly dogs. during the week we're pretty quiet after 10 since we get up early for work. weekends we hang with friends, go to the beach, hike, go out dancing, watch sports & have friends over for drinks/game nights.
ideal house mate: optimal for a female working professional or student, responsible and clean. if you’re new to the area we're happy to show you around to soak it all in. we have a website about things to do in san diego. we're not looking for people who smoke or don't like animals. we'd prefer no more pets running around.
lease terms: available now! open to a 3, 6, or 12 month lease agreement with small refundable deposit of $400. responsible for your portion of sdg&e, water/trash & cable/internet. this fluctuates, though we make it easy & include at a simple flat rate of $125 per month so you know what to expect.
