i am a newly single, 26 year old mom of a one year old with a 3 bedroom townhouse.two full bathrooms, laundry, a back patio and a front yard.
the rent includes utilities (including internet and cable)
you would share the kitchen and living room with me and my son.
the room for rent is a good average, sized room with a closet, the bathroom would be shared.
if you feel like you need more space i may consider giving up the master bedroom for 150 more. the closet in the master is much larger and has shelving.
i have a private garage for extra storage and there is plenty of room for your things
