i am looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and respectful roommate to share my beautiful, quiet, well-kept 1200 sq. ft. house in macgroveland in st. paul. this house is on a busline, two blocks from 35e, and and easy bike ride to to downtown st. paul or the u of mn campus. the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. my ideal roommate would be a graduate student or young professional.

the private room is 9'-6"x17' and is south facing with great light. rent would include electricity, gas, water, garbage, internet, and garage. i have a cat but she may not be staying with me. shared spaces include living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, porch.

i am a young female professional in academia, so, my academic year is very busy. i enjoy socializing, painting, gardening, and going to theatre.

requirements: non-smoker, no drugs allowed. trustworthy, responsible, respectful.

preferred: willingness to occasionally clean, mow, shovel/snowblow. female.
