about you: looking for a female or male, gay or straight, easy-going, clean roommate, who can respect other people’s property. must be a non-smoker. preferably a working professional or college student. 6 month to 1 year lease available. rental history references and a deposit are required for move in. sorry no pets.about the area: the house is in a nice area in natomas close to bike and walking trails, and down the street from 2 parks. plenty of local eateries, shopping, and a movie theater close by. downtown is only 10 minutes away, where there is even more to do.
amenities: private bedroom with private entrance and access to two full closets- private bathroom-shared office space-central heat and air conditioning-fireplace-fully furnished common areas-living room-dining room-kitchen with dishwasher-refrigerator-stove/oven-microwave-laundry area with washer & dryer- back yard with patio and lawn- tons of storage space in the garage.
utilities: (run about $100-125 a month) hd direct tv with hbo and dvr,-high-speed internet, electricity and gas
about me: 30 yr old working professional, often working long hours and sometimes weekends. non- smoker, no drugs, with occasional small social gatherings of friends at the house. there is 1 indoor/outdoor cat in the house already, but the house is free of cat fur because i have allergies.
