$650 including utilities, washer and dryer, there is only 1 other parking space available but there is plenty of street parking, pool, and tennis court. but i'm sorry no animals. you don't have to take my offer but im just putting it out there. the house has a brand new energy efficient washer and dryer and wooden floors downstairs. you will be sharing a nice size bathroom with whoever will be renting the other room. i'm currently renting the condo from a couple who will be leaving in june. overnight guest are ok as long as it's not a regular thing and you are respectful of the person you are sharing the bathroom with. i like to keep common areas clean no leaving the kitchen, dining room, or living room dirty please. i'm def not a clean freak but i've had bad situations where people would leave their dishes in the sink for days. nasty! lol. the house is located in rosemead california about 20 mins from usc, and 10mins away from csula. this is a house for females only. deposit is $650
