utilities are includedi have a large bedroom for rent. room is on the second floor. it features a double window and walk in closet. the bedroom can come with furniture or you can bring your own. your bathroom is only a step away and for your use only. the bathroom has double sinks and seperate toilet/shower/bath area.
you would have full access to the entire 2500 sq ft home. it has an open layout with a seperate library room with gas fireplace. the house has all wood floors. there is a large dining room and the kitchen is a cook's dream. the galley kitchen contains a 5 burner gas stove, double oven, butler's pantry and dishwasher.
the house sits on a multi-acre lot. there is a patio that runs the length of the house. it features a gas grill (connected to the house's line) and outdoor speakers.
the house is convient to chippenham, powhite, 95, 288, 895. you can be in downtown in 15 minutes and fort lee in 25.
current living situation: you will be living with 2 other roommates (currently both male 35+ years college educated with full time professional jobs). i am the owner of the house (female), but am moving out of state for a new job. one of my roommates has agreed to take over primary responsiblities such as making sure the lawn is mowed, trash is taking out, calling my parents if something breaks. (my parents live nearby.) i will be back occassionaly to visit parents and check on the house.
my long haired cat will remain living at the house for the foreseeable future.
roommate requirements: must have a reliable source of income. must have a car. cannot be a smoker. must like animals, but have no pets. must be an individual (no couples or parent with child).
