available june 1st 2011- less then 2.5 miles to csun and conveniently located in a nice quiet area between 2 large shopping centers north/south of us, with northridge mall just to our west.
newly remodeled house: room comes with mirrored closet, wood floors, double paned windows, special thermal shades in room; keeps cool in the summer and warm in the winter, brand new 5000 btu personal ac.
rent is $600 + $600 security deposit total $1,200 to move in (includes utilities and wireless internet). shared bathroom, kitchen privileges, yard, outside shared laundry, street parking only.
the room is for one person only- looking for someone responsible who is a non smoker.
