myself and my fiancee live in a 55+age group mobile home park. it is a double wide 2 bed 2 bath. we want to get a roommate for our vacant 2nd bedroom. we are in our 50's and early 60's

we are nice people and want the tennant to feel right at home here. we are looking for a female who is 55+ in age.non smoker and would prefer non drinker but that can be discussed. this is after all a adult park so the management would run a background check to see if you qualify. as long as your 55 and have no criminal record there should be no problem.
