one bedroom with a private bathroom available in a new 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. the apartment complex is only 1.5 years old so everything is brand new. i am unfortunately moving for work so this space is available with a great roommate! it is the master bedroom and has a private bathroom as well as floor-to-ceiling windows and a separate balcony. utilities run less than $100/month.about the apartment: the building has 14 units in total so it's small and quiet with convenience that can't be beat. my roommate and i recently moved in so there is plenty of opportunity to make the space your own. it is also probably the closest building to the spring garden septa stop, which means commuting is a breeze. it's a secure location with easy access to all of northern liberties. parking is also available in the garage for $125/month, if needed.
about the roommate: awesome 28 y/o female. she's a lawyer originally from ohio who is looking to explore philadelphia. very respectful and quiet. i actually wouldn't be able to say enough wonderful things about her if i tried.
move-in date is flexible but ideally before january 1.
