i am very clean and easy going. i like for my home to be warm and inviting.nice room for rent with a big closet, share of the bathroom and kitchen.
laundry on facility, nice pool. building is always clean and management always on site.
lovely building with beautiful landscape and fountains.
one parking spot on a gated garage.
1/2 and 1/2 share of all the utilities as gas, electricity, internet, and cable.
room will be ready to be rent on april 2nd.
must be an animal "lover" since i have to beautiful, medium, lovely dogs.
if you own a dog we will more than welcome him home to. (your dog must be friendly with other dogs and people and can't be larger than 40 lb.)
i will need a deposit for the room of $325 plus the building management would required an extra deposit of $150 for your dog.
