i will be starting my residency at stanford this june, and am looking for a clean, quiet, and courteous roommate. preferably a young professional. this townhouse is new and comes fully furnished. the house is relatively large (~2000 sq ft), and i will be the only other roommate. this master bedroom is private and is on its own floor of this 3 story house (i'm on the 3rd floor, the common area is on the 2nd floor, and the available room is on 1st floor). the room itself is 12 x 14' and it also has an attached full bathroom, a private entrance, and a nice patio area attached to the room. it is very conveniently located close to stanford campus, with easy access to the 101 and 280 freeways. rent includes all utilities, homeowner's fees, cable tv, internet, and even a monthly housecleaning service. there is also an attached garage parking, a pool, and storage space available.
