hey there,

we are two working males in a three bedroom two story house with a third room available. we live in sharp park of pacifica. our house is down a dirt alley tucked away from traffic yet close to everything.

the house is carpeted with hardwood floors in the kitchen. we have a backyard with a deck, bbq and bench press.

sam: 32 years old, works full time, blue collar.
chris: 34 years old, works full time, white collar.

we hang out a lot and are looking for someone who has a stable job, can pay rent on time, and is a good cultural fit for us. we are laid back, easy to get along with and hope to find someone long term.
we spend our free time working out, writing music and often playing billiards. we also like to cook / bbq fairly often.

rent is $1000 / mo. plus utilities which tends to be about $100 (includes electricity, cable, internet)
there is also a deposit of $1000. total move in cost 2k.
