I need an honest, reliable roommate that can pay bills in full on time, keep clean and odor free as well as take virus prevention precautions. No smokers, no drinkers, no drugs, prefer no pets as I have a shy cat but will discuss. I am pretty easy going but virus precautions must be taken. I prefer no oil frying in the house but I have an air fryer you may use. I prefer no guests during this pandemic and certainly no overnight guests.
